Development History

2025

Expansion of monthly production capacity for automotive-grade systems and products to over 850KK; research and development, as well as mass production, of third-generation semiconductor materials; and mass production of logic ICs.

2022

Anhui Chuzhou factory was established, with a monthly production capacity of more than 800KK;
won the Shenzhen Specialized and New Enterprise Certificate.

2019

Product design and mass production of transistors and MOSFET.

2018

In November, it was awarded as a national high-tech enterprise; in December, it was awarded as a Shenzhen high-tech enterprise.

2017

The Foreign Trade Department was established to expand overseas markets. Our products are now sold well in 40 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

2016

Passed ISO9001:2015/ ISO14001:2015
