If a change application is submitted for the product, we will respond positively and proceed in accordance with procedures.
In the event of product changes, we will consult with customers in advance.
LevelChange Descriptions

Level A

Discontinuation or model upgrade, customers will be notified at least 12 months in advance.



Level B Changes that may affect capacity, cost, or product appearance, size, features, electrical performance, reliability, etc., will be notified at least 6 months in advance.

Level C

Changes affecting customer recognition such as packaging or packaging materials, or C-level changes agreed with customers, will be notified at least 3 months in advance.






If the end customer does not raise objections within 5 working days of receiving the change notification, it is considered that the customer agrees to the change. 


If customers have special requirements, we will provide corresponding supply support based on customer needs.
